The Conjugately Guarantee

Pass your level in 12 months of Pro — or Pro is free from then on.

We built Conjugately so you'd learn faster and need us less. We're confident enough to back that up.

In short
  1. Subscribe to Conjugately Pro for 12 months in a row.
  2. Pick one level and complete every unit in its mini-course.
  3. Sit that level's Final Level Exam at least three times.
  4. If you still haven't scored 90%, email us and we'll unlock Pro at no further charge.

Full terms

  1. Who can claim. You must have held an active, paid Conjugately Pro subscription (monthly or annual) for 12 consecutive months. Free-trial days don't count toward the 12 months.
  2. Your chosen level. The guarantee applies to one level of your choice: Beginner, Novice, Elementary or Intermediate. Within your 12 months you must have:
    • completed every unit in that level's mini-course; and
    • sat that level's Final Level Exam at least three times, on different days, without reaching the 90% pass mark.
  3. How to claim. Email hello@conjugately.com within 60 days after your 12-month mark, with:
    • a screenshot of your subscription history (iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Conjugately) or your App Store purchase receipt;
    • a screenshot of the Mini-Courses screen showing your chosen level completed, and of your Final Level Exam results; and
    • the email address or Apple ID receipt you used to subscribe, so we can identify your purchase.
  4. What you get. Once we've confirmed your claim, we'll give your Conjugately install access to Pro from then on, at no further charge, for as long as Conjugately is available on the App Store. You can then cancel your subscription in your App Store settings so you aren't charged again. Cancelling is your responsibility; we can't cancel it for you.
  5. Past payments. The guarantee gives you free Pro from then on. It doesn't refund subscription fees you've already paid. Apple handles all App Store payments and refund requests.
  6. One claim per person. We may decline claims that are incomplete, duplicated, or where the evidence appears altered or doesn't show genuine use of the app.
  7. Changes. We may change or end this guarantee for new subscribers. Anyone who has already started a qualifying 12-month period keeps the terms that applied when they started.
  8. Your other rights. This guarantee is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and any other law that applies to you. It doesn't exclude, restrict or change those rights.
